The Integrated Rural Development Project (IRDP) in the Kyrgyz Republic is a rural development project implemented by Good Neighbors in the Kyrgyz Republic with financial support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
Following the successful implementation of Phase 1 (2021–2025), the project is entering Phase 2 (2026–2030) with an expanded scope and geographic coverage.
IRDP Phase 2 will be implemented in Osh, Batken, and Jalal-Abad Regions, aiming to promote inclusive and sustainable rural development through locally driven approaches and strengthened institutional capacity.
The key strategic directions of Phase 2 include:
Establishing a locally-led and sustainable rural development implementation system
Enhancing women’s rights and participation in rural development
Promoting sustainable income generation
Strengthening rural development implementation capacity
The project office of Good Neighbors in the Kyrgyz Republic, based in Osh, is currently recruiting local staff to support the implementation of IRDP Phase 2.

Necessary Knowledge & Skills
Video Production & Editing: Hands-on experience in filming, editing, and producing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) and project story videos using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere. Publication & Report Design: Ability to apply established brand guidelines to format and design multi-page printed publications, such as annual reports, factsheets, and newsletters.[Разрыв обтекания текста](Applicants are encouraged to attach or link previous report/booklet samples)
SNS Channel Operation & Basic Analytics: Hands-on experience in managing professional SNS accounts (Instagram, Facebook), scheduling posts, writing compelling captions, and tracking basic engagement metrics.
PR Goods & Vendor Management: Understanding of local printing/merchandising specifications (banners, souvenirs, printing methods) and basic vendor negotiation skills.
Visual Graphic Execution: Proficient in using Canva or Photoshop to quickly apply existing templates for daily SNS posts and adapt logos for promotional goods layout.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (major not specified)
Experience: Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in video content creation, running official social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram)
Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Native-level fluency in Kyrgyz and Russian is essential.
Technical & Graphic Skills:
Proficiency in basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) for short-form SNS content (Reels/Stories).
Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop for quick SNS post design and merchandise layout proofing.[Разрыв обтекания текста]

Vendor Handling & Quality Control: Sharp attention to detail in inspecting physical samples, verifying logo proportions, and ensuring exact delivery quantities for mass production.
Proactive Schedule Management: Strong sense of responsibility to track printing/delivery deadlines and coordinate field event setups in a timely manner.
Flexibility & Teamwork: Ability to adapt smoothly to evolving office setup requirements and collaborate effectively with management and field teams.

1. Video & SNS Content Creation
Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and field story clips highlighting project impacts and beneficiary interviews.
Plan, schedule, and publish regular SNS content (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) to boost project visibility in accordance with Good Neighbors brand guidelines.
Write engaging captions, project updates, and field stories in Kyrgyz and English.
Monitor follower engagement, respond to direct messages/inquiries professionally, and report monthly SNS performance metrics.
2. Publication & Graphic Design
Layout and design project publications, including annual reports, quarterly newsletters, and factsheets, ensuring strict alignment with brand and donor visibility standards.
3. PR Goods Procurement & Production Management
Vendor Sourcing & Price Quotation - Source, communicate with, and negotiate with local suppliers/printing shops in Osh and Bishkek for promotional goods
Layout & Print Proofing - Ensure project logos, sponsor guidelines, and branding files are correctly formatted and placed on sample merchandise before mass production.
Delivery & Quality Control - Inspect the physical quality of delivered PR items, ensure exact order quantities, and process necessary financial/administrative documents on time.
